I'm Katrin -

an accomplished and deeply experienced booker and artist agent in the electronic music industry. My roots lie in the Cocoon family at the end of the 90s, where I worked on behalf of Sven Väth and developed in several roles as managing director and director for the electronic music booking segment. A little snapshot as a booker with artists like Richie Hawtin, Marco Carola, Tale Of Us, Ricardo Villalobos, Chris Liebing, Magda, Luciano, Sonja Moonear, Cassy and many more.

Milestones ​​ as project work are the Plus8 anniversary tour in 1998 (where it all began), M-NUS Showcases, CONTACT Tour 2008/2009, and the Plastikman Live Tour Ibiza Season 2012 & 2013.

 

In 2014 I founded spar(ks). Since August 2022 I have also been working with Michael Weicker from the Metropole Talent Agency (formerly known as Artist Alife Agency) and was certified as a systemic coach at the end of 2021. I completed training as a systemic coach and mediator in order to expand my skills in booking & artist management and thereby increase the reach of a holistic institute.

 

spar(ks) stands for igniting and means to me and my teammates that impulses can create things. The agency has anchored its roots as a booking agency and is currently changing into a company for consulting, change, coaching and mediation. So away from problem solving and towards the solution recognition approach. I focus on the entire environment of the coachee, on the so-called social systems such as family, partnership, employer, colleagues, etc.

 

As a concept I developed spar(ks), for example, as the combination of booking, management and coaching, in which I can offer artists holistic support on their career path. It is not a classic management cooperation. The aim here is to support artists in resolving conflicts (private or professional). It is also about the artist recognizing new possibilities for himself with the impulses from the coaching. For example, when an artist is stuck or exhausted, their career overwhelms them and they feel burned out.

 

I came to SystemicCoaching because I always intuitively questioned many things, developed my skills and remained curious - systemic coaching does not offer quick help, does not point out symptom solutions or pinpoint them, but offers a view of seeing things holistically to their origin and essence . This enables us to recognize for ourselves what supports our development and can expand our interpersonal and business paths.

Sebastian accompanies me as a methodological CounterPart and analytical Mind in order to develop sustainable results for my clients and to generate solutions for the causes, not symptoms, within more complex projects.

I'm Sebastian -

In addition to the role of the advisory board for the area of transformation, change and organization, I hold the mandate as an assistant professor/private lecturer at the University of Europe for Applied Sciences, there in the Master of Business Administration as well as Art & Design studies for various curricula in the field of Management , Cultural Leadership, Transformation, Change and Consulting as well as Psychology; also act as a council member for the New York insight Network GLG and act as a transformation/interim council in the areas of personnel, organization and change. Within my mandates, I access on a broad network of consultants within the DACH & global community on contacts/pertnerships from my previous career. My approach to work here is always interdisciplinary - analytical diagnostics goes hand in hand with already implemented consulting experience and the factor HCM (human capital), not as a process, but as the drivers of sustainability.

 

Within the last few years - especially since the pop-up of various imponderables within the last 3 years, I have sharpened my expertise in the area of couple intimacy and couple coaching, here I used inquiries and needs arising from the above-mentioned mandates less in the area of solution(s) for questions or expectations on the part of my clients, but to holistically accompany the topic - symptom, cause of recurring patterns.

My personal career is characterized by intercultural experiences, a broad holistic change methodology and the desire to never stand still or stop developing. My studies - MA Magister Atrium been based on the pillars of (social) psychology, political science and jurisprudence; my final thesis in the above courses dealt with the topic at the end of the nineties/beginning of the two-thousand -Gender, Leadership & Social Patterns; - I look forward to seeing you...
